ENGLISH VS SCOTTISH CHESS SET 5447 by YTC SUMMIT
This English vs. Scottish Chess Set has chess pieces in the tradition of medieval England and Scotland. The English are represented by Edward "Long shanks", in red, while the Scottish are led by Robert "The Bruce" in the green. Pieces are made from cast poly-resin, a very hard, stone like material. Pieces are intricately sculpted and hand painted with an amazing level of fine detail, down to the pupils in the eyes. Each piece has a soft pad liner applied to their base for smooth moves. The set comes in a product box that includes a very nice foam form that allows easy and protective storage when the pieces are not in use. The foam form also fits perfectly into the chess board box item 5478 (shown here) for the chess player on the go. Buy both the Scots vs. English Pieces and one of the Chess Boards listed below for a Combo Savings! It would be a wise move! Check it out mate!
