BUSHIDO TANTO (SH1212) CAS HANWEI
The Bushido Tanto has a blade of hand-forged and folded K120C powder steel and measures 14 inches overall. The saya is deeply lacquered with inlaid brass cherry blossom (sakura) flowers. The nine inch sharpened blade is hand-forged and folded from K120C powder steel, and features a grooved (Bo-Hi) on both sides. The saya are deeply lacquered in gold with inlaid brass cherry blossom (sakura) flowers. The tsuka of the tanto is crafted in gold-plated brass with decoration in relief. The sageo is woven from premium Japanese cotton while the kojiri, koiguchi and kurikata are of polished buffalo horn. The habaki is a one-piece brass construction.
Bushido, or "Way of the Warrior", defines the code of conduct of an honorable Samurai must follow.
