12TH CENTURY HOLY LAND CRUSADER SWORD AH6955F Deepeeka
This sword has the simple crossguard and pommel that was favored by the warrior-monks of the Knightly Orders and other pious knights - The simple cruciform sword an emulation of the cross of Christ. This idea was fully developed into the Knightly Orders of the Templars, Hospitallers and the Teutonic Orders thus by the form of the cruciform-hilted sword, the ‘’Will of God’’ was dealt in the form of the cross itself.
This cruciform-hilted sword is made by Deepeeka. This sword has a thick, blunt blade and blunt rounded tip intended for stage combat. The blade is crafted from fully tempered high carbon steel and the hilt components are of steel. The dual-edge blade is full tang and runs through the pommel where it is then securely peened. The grip is wrapped in brown, leather cord. This Holy Land Crusader Sword comes with a wood-core scabbard covered in dark brown leather and affixed with a wooden suspension loop. The protective tip chape of the scabbard is of steel.
