WITCH-KING DAGGER (UC2595) by United Cutlery
This authentically detailed dagger is a reproduction of the prop used by the Witch-king, the leader of the Ringwraiths, as featured in New Line Cinema’s "The Lord of the Rings-The Fellowship of the Ring." United Cutlery, industry leader in fine movie reproductions, has meticulously recreated the actual prop under the direction of replica design supervisor Kit Rae. This officially licensed replica has been authentically "aged" and "battle worn" with a distressed, acid-etched finish to duplicate the original movie item as closely as possible. The blade is crafted from stainless steel, rather than the original prop’s carbon steel, in order to guarantee that the replica will last a lifetime with little maintenance. The cross guard and pommel are cast metal and the grip features an "aged" genuine leather wrap. This item includes a 10" x 14 1/2" wood wall display plaque with a silkscreen design. Each replica is laser serial-numbered on the blade and marked with the appropriate copyrights to ensure authenticity.

Lord of the Rings UC2595 Witch-King Dagger by United Cutlery

The Nazgûl wore their rings long enough that their physical forms faded until they had become entirely invisible to mortal eyes. They assumed visible form only with their black robes. During the assault on Minas Tirith, the leader of The Nine, the Witch-king of Angmar, casts back his hood to reveal a crown, but the head it rests on is invisible. While wearing the One Ring, Frodo perceives them as pale figures, robed in white, wearing crowns and with "haggard hands". In The Fellowship of the Ring they were armed with steel swords, while the Witch-king wielded a Morgul blade that could turn its victim into a wraith.
